Position: Network Consultant
Description: This position requires proficiency in Microsoft Network Administration and Desktop Support. The candidate must possess excellent customer service skills and have the ability to communicate with clients on various technical levels. The candidate must also have the ability to problem solve and develop technical solutions autonomously. We are looking for a team player that can manage projects, priorities, client expectations and work load as an individual. Work will be performed onsite at client locations throughout the Denver area as well as remotely.
This position is best designed for a Technical
Consultant that has a broad range of skills rather than being an
expert in one specific area.
Technical Requirements:

Extensive knowledge of PC operating systems (XP and Vista), PC
hardware

Networking experience
-
Some
server experience
-
Ability to troubleshoot
desktop hardware and software problems

Strong
verbal communication skills

Entrepreneurial spirit: Able to work independently & be
self-motivated

Answering customer support requests in a timely fashion

- 3+ years of hands-on experience
