Positions Available

Position: Network Consultant

Description: This position requires proficiency in Microsoft Network Administration and Desktop Support. The candidate must possess excellent customer service skills and have the ability to communicate with clients on various technical levels. The candidate must also have the ability to problem solve and develop technical solutions autonomously. We are looking for a team player that can manage projects, priorities, client expectations and work load as an individual. Work will be performed onsite at client locations throughout the Denver area as well as remotely.

This position is best designed for a Technical Consultant that has a broad range of skills rather than being an expert in one specific area.

Technical Requirements:

-          Extensive knowledge of PC operating systems (XP and Vista), PC hardware

-          Networking experience

-          Some server experience (Windows 2000, 2003, Small Business Server)

-          Ability to troubleshoot desktop hardware and software problems

-          Strong verbal communication skills

-          Entrepreneurial spirit: Able to work independently & be self-motivated

-          Answering customer support requests in a timely fashion

-          Strong critical thinking skills

-          Strong customer service and teamwork skills

-          Able to work well in a constantly changing environment

-          3+ years of hands-on experience

 

Additional Skills:

-          MCP, MCSE, or A+ Certifications preferred

-          Web and Mail server experience

-          Basic web design

Position: Receptionist / Office Manager

Description: We are looking for a team player that can answer phones, receive packages, provide office administration as well as respond to incoming support calls. This position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. The candidate must possess excellent customer service skills and have the ability to communicate with clients on various levels. The candidate must also have the ability to problem solve and create solutions autonomously.

Requirements:

 -         Strong verbal communication skills

-          Answering customer calls and support requests

-          Strong customer service and teamwork skills

-          Ability to multitask

-          2+ years of hands-on experience

-          Some Night / Weekend On-Call will be required
